Malcolm Lee Margolin, MD attended College at the University of California Berkeley and Graduated from Medical school at the University of California, San Francisco. His post graduate medical education and residency training were completed at the Los Angeles County USC Medical Center where he remained on the clinical staff for over thirty years and attained the rank of Clinical Professor of Ob/Gyn. He currently remains as an Emeritus Clinical Professor there.

He is a Board Certified Ob/Gyn and is an active Fellow in the American College of Ob/Gyn. He has served the college in many capacities over the years, most recently on the Committee for Continuing Medical Education. He is also a past president of the Los Angeles Ob/Gyn Society and of the Ob/Gyn Assembly of Southern California. He has also taken an active roll at Cedars Sinai Medical Center where he has served as both Clinical Chief and Chair of the Peer Review Committee of the Ob/Gyn Department.

He is the author of medical articles and book chapters, and has special interests in the therapy of the menopause and peri-menopause, irregular vaginal bleeding minimally invasive gynecologic surgery of fibroids and endoscopic surgery of the endometrial cavity.
